How We Make a Difference?

 

 

 

As of right now there is 5.25 trillion macro and micro pieces of plastic in our oceans. This equated to 46,000 pieces in every square mile in the ocean weighing over 269,000 tonnes. Every single day about 8 million pieces of trash make our way into our oceans. How insane is that? The fast fashion industry is one of the biggest culprits of this waste. 

 

Our mission here at RYS Life is to do what we can to reduce our waste within the fashion industry. All of the materials for our bikini's are made out of trash pulled from the ocean, repurposed, and sew into the beautiful designs you see. Since there is already so much waste/plastic in our oceans why not reuse it and help clean up our oceans. We at RYS life love mother earth and do not want to see our gorgeous giving earth be ruined. We are doing our part by reducing our waste by using compostable packing, recycled materials, as well as doing beach clean up. Even the smallest effort too reuse and reduce can make the world of difference. Are you ready to make a difference?
